Ms. Huong Do - Graduated in International Business Management in Singapore with many years of experience major in the field of trading, import, and export.

Mr. Cuong Hoang Tran - Graduated with a major in Business Administration from the United Kingdom, with over 15 years of experience in financial management.

Dr. Thanh Kim Do - Former Deputy Director of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute (RRIV).
His career has been dedicated to rubber research, primarily at RRIV from 1983 to his retirement in 2020. Key milestones in his career include:
• Researcher: He worked as a researcher on rubber clones and latex physiology from 1983 to 1989.
• Deputy Head of the Physiology and Exploitation Division: From 1989 to 1995.
• Head of the Physiology and Exploitation Division: From 1995 to April 2012.
• Deputy Director: From 2011 to 2020.
During his career, he led numerous research projects at various levels, including state, ministerial and international scientific cooperation.
He has published 43 research papers in English and Vietnamese. He is also a co-author of many scientific papers published in international and domestic journals and conference proceedings. He has held two patents and three technical advancements which are adopted in the large scale of rubber industry.

Mr. May Van Tran, commonly known as “Ba Cang”, is a visionary and a major contributor to Vietnam's agricultural sector, particularly in the field of organic rice production. Starting with the idea of utilizing agricultural waste to cultivate straw mushrooms, he went on to develop the first large-capacity organic microbial fertilizer factory in Long An. He is a pioneer in building a rice value chain, encouraging farmers to adopt sustainable farming methods.
